Tophat Workshops offer drumming workshops, circus workshops, singing, song-writing and dance workshops (ceilidh).

We have taken our Workshops to schools, youth clubs and community groups, hen night parties, adult education centres, corporate and team building events, festivals, after school clubs, fetes, play schemes, scouts, cubs, guides, brownies and much more!

 

Circus draws together any group and is an exciting vehicle for school shows. Circus skills workshops can involve many different activities, such as diabolo spinning, juggling various objects, pedalos, uni-cycling, tight-rope and stilt walking. The workshops are fully adaptable for all ages and occasions where there is a safe and reasonably sized working space.

Safe fun is our aim. At the beginning of a circus skills workshop we always demonstrate all the equipment and toys that we use, and discuss all aspects of safety.

In the drumming workshops we will show you how to get a good sound out of the drum without hurting your hands too much.

Although we are based in Brighton, Sussex, we are very happy to travel to Chichester, Worthing, Crawley, Hastings, Eastbourne, Horsham, Guildford, Croydon, Woking, Sutton, Kingston-on-Thames, Wimbledon... anywhere around Surrey, Kent and the London area.
